Fix changes in metadata files from GTDB (.tar.gz with one .tsv file inside to compressed tsv .tsv.gz):

ar53_metadata.tar.gz -> ar53_metadata.tsv.gz
bac120_metadata.tar.gz -> bac120_metadata.tsv.gz
