Is there a way to upload a single file? #13

Currently it uploads the whole directory passed to the path: property is there a way to make it upload only a single file? I'm using sftp-upload to upload a single file to a remote client. But whenever i add a single file to the directory, the whole directory reuploads, which is just a time consuming process when i have hundreds of files in the directory
