They should be be spelling-specific (see #115).
23 is the corresponding pipeline modification request. This pertains to data collection.

Created as part of #198.

I don't know which component this should belong to! It belongs to each dictionary individually!

We will probably start with Crum because this is the dictionary that has had our primary focus and investment. For now, this is a Crum task.
