[Site] Create a XML Sitemap, and Attract Search Engine Traffic #245

You should make sure all pages are referenced. This is currently not the case for the individual dictionary words because the references get generated by the JavaScript in the search page, they aren't there otherwise. We should perhaps include them inside hidden elements. It won't be large, maybe around 200KB!

Update: We started using Google Search Console.

~TODO: Move the index created in fbc4c02e889eba8294057ca4fecc15682c1d81a3 to a separate file, instead of including it in the main file. Perhaps call it index-index.html or crum-index.html.~

Edit: Let's retain a flatter structure. It might be better for search engine indexing. 100KB isn't worth optimizing.
