Similar to #226, #269, and #271.

Due to their nature, homonyms look alike! You should also display the meanings.

Let's repurpose #270 to cover the inclusion of meanings in short titles as well, and let's keep this closed as done.

I just realized that homonyms can be populated automatically. Though I am not sure if it's worth it, because they aren't that many to start with. We could do it automatically once using a simple script, and then add whatever comes up later later.
