On Android native browser (tested via Galaxy Tab Pro and Galaxy S5) and iOS devices, there is a significant difference between the rotation speed of the annotations / hotspots, and the underlying image(s).
Easiest way to demo this by turning on default animation and jacking up the speed to 3+
