Chrome: Jerky or not smooth scrolling if it is placed at about 3000px or below in height #340

When I use a big image (1920x25920) for data-images and place the component way below the page like over 3000px in height. Go back to the top, refresh the page and scroll the page will be jerky not smoothing. It's on Chrome only.
