Feature Request: Vertical and Horizontal flipping of selected pieces #1035

I was working on converting a Minecraft Bedrock resource pack to one compatible with Java, but since the textures are rendered upside-down, I need to flip the selected pixels, so I'll have to work with other sprite editors such as Pixil Art for the time being. Screenshot: Piskel Feature Request 1

NOTE: The XP taskbar is just for show, I don't want that confusion that I've seen in the comments of my videos on Reddit. It's just Windows 10 in disguise, hence the MSEdge and modern program icons and these 2 icons right next to the start button.
