2 months ago It’s probably your download permissions. You may want to check your school’s download policy as they may be blocking your downloads from the source. You might also want to try using your own network and disabling extensions as it may work better there. When I used to have a chromebook with similar issues, I would hook it up to my mobile hotspot so I could actually pixel graphic design.
