[Feature request] Tilesheet editing support like pyxel edit #730

I love using Piskel but it is kind of limited to making animated sprites. I would love to see a Tileset Editing support like in Pyxel Edit.

Also I wanted to build upon the source code of the tool, the feature myself. Can you please refer to or atleast make if not, an API for building features for this tool.

This is a feature I would love to see as well. I like the new tile mode, but it would be nice if the repeated previews were editable as well. This way when you draw off the edge of your canvas, it would automatically continue the line on the opposite side, making it easier to create seamless tiles. The existing tile mode is great, but this would make it even better!
