Smart Objects. #788

It would help a lot having the option to create "Objects" that could be dragged around and resized without the need to select them mannualy with the tools

@GutoQ Piskel could add a smart layer that has draggable and resizable objects stored in it. Then, the smart layer could be applied to normal Piskel layers and become rasterized. However, I do not believe that Piskel should become too involved in vector graphics as that is the task of countless other vector programs, like Inkscape. (Unless Piskel wants to become an all-in-one program)
