Onion Skin #943

Idea: Add to ability to edit the onion skin opacity for those who find the default one hard to see. This would be really appreciated as I think many would find it useful. You could put an onion skin level slider where the button currently is or you could make it change with layer opacity in misc settings.

This would really be appreciated and would make Piskel more accessible.

If a vertical slider would appear when onion skin is active, that would be ideal for this.
