feat: add WAFv2 Web ACL icon and SSM Parameter icon #42

Note, I couldn't find high-res aws icons for SSM Parameter resource icon. The asset package's icons are lower res than what is in the icons directory. Where can I find the high res versions?

Sorry for the slow response.

The @5x.png Icons used to be in the mentions AWS package but I guess they/you stopped publishing them.

Any chance of finding them at AWS?
