all random number generation is handled in a single class that's passed around for rendering
added in controls for water level and color, various controls for ice, and controls for the height/moisture maps
added in a .json file to hold settings for various planet types to generate, currently there's, unknown, water, ice, emerald, ruby, and sapphire
In the future I'd like the generation class to control what functions are used during generation to better separate code for planet types, but I don't know enough javascript to go about doing it. Plus this commit is already pretty massive.
