Documentation for effect sizes #269

Two issues that could be clarified with better documentation.

  1. "Cohen" style effect sizes. Explain why simr doesn't use these by default, explain how to get them if you have to.

  2. How to choose an effect size (what should your minimum detectable effect be).

Number two would work better if I can support it with better approaches than standard MDE/80% power.

Worth noting that for many applications (especially in psychology) standardised effects are probably the right thing to do.
