With this change every defvar form in the settings block will show up correctly in a M-x customize-group RET pos-tip RET dialog. Additionally to that the default face foreground and background are inherited from the tooltip face.

Yeah, I know, my responsiveness on this one is way overdue. I feel like excusing myself with general work load rather than admitting my laziness ;-)
