Would you be open to allowing downloads of this app from the UK App Store?

Currently I get the message “Not available in your region” if I follow the links in this repo, and there are no (relevant) search results for “Elaho” or “Gemini”.

The app is no longer in the app store as my developer membership expired. I do not plan to bring it back.
