Meeting with Brian Connelly today to brainstorm a landing page for the user manual.

Some general notes from meeting with Brian:

Make quick links to web portal, sometimes people are just looking for the fastest way there
Show most introductory content first, providing annotations with details for experienced users
Try not to assume that the user is knowledgeable about HPC
Use annotations/content tabs to keep pages from getting too long
Reference workshop videos where possible
