Describe most commonly encountered issues with Jupyterhub users are facing (e.g. spawner timeout, clearing browser cookies, 400 error), and the preference to switch to OnDemand. If moving forward with using ondemand exclusively for jupyter notebooks access, we will want to provide some documentation for PIs to move their existing workflows over to that interface.
