Noticed #77 had been raised and wanted to remove smap and sview from the list of basic slurm commands. Sprio seems to be working properly.
Includes a few other small changes to formatting for clarity. We might want to consider consolidating this info into one of the existing pages under the Slurm Workload Manager section of the user manual.
