WIP script for displaying an expanded and more easily understandable form of the priority calculation that sprio does.

It sounds like it might be useful to include an option to see just the formula without any values plugged in, and to also dive deeper into the fairshare component specifically.

Will loop back around on a user facing priority summary when we have our slurm configuration for prio and preempt settled. This could alternatively just be some more detailed instructions in the user manual.
