Can now better differentiate between user output and debug output

Is this still a WIP? The logging code is commented out, and only one file had logging added.

Yep it is, commented it out temporarily to make SteelHacks debugging a bit easier. I'll get to reinstating these logging statements and adding some more ones to other files in the next couple of days.
