WIP: Looking into TODOs in Course API #67

Objective

The goal is to simply better readability and documentation of code, while also investigating any TODOs throughout the code. Also making improvements on testing of the module.

Course API Changes

New _retrieve_term_codes which is executed when module is loaded to ensure it checks for most recent term codes

It seems like changes for the course branch were merged in with the Textbook PR? Can you confirm if this is the case, please?

Yeah, they were just some simple style changes.
