As of this term, the Course API is broken #98

The Dietrich site that was traditionally used is now gone forever and we need to switch it over to using peoplesoft mobile which might have the advantage of being more up to date information than Dietrich.

The new implementation is now here :tada: !!! All that is left is to do testing, documentation, and minor bug fixes.

Documentation and testing have been covered, now waiting for laundry fix #102 to go through before versioning up.
