Added a disclaimer which states that professors and terms are from 2023
Added a column which specifies what terms each elective is offered in
Added a "Haven't Been Offered In A While" tier with courses which haven't been offered since at least fall 2022 (so peoplesoft doesn't have any data on them)
Updates are made with the purpose of keeping this wiki page as up to date as possible
