Normalize Rush Classes

Related to #14

• Currently, in the member profile, the rush class field is a string that accepts any text. Change this to be a multi-select dropdown so all values are the same (no capitalization or spelling discrepancies).
• Implement a simplified Member View page that is organized by rush class, similar to the Alpha Chapter's member page.
• Add the ability to filter by rush class, active, alumni, etc. (Related to #20)
