Port to perl for mm-commotion-mac2ip script #13

Can you write tests for it?

I adjusted the bash testing script to default to testing the bash script ./mm-commotion-mac2ip but also to take 1 or more arguments, each argument a script to test, replacing the default, and also offering ability to test multiple scripts at once. Therefore, it is possible to use that bash script to test the perl script as well.

$ mm-commotion-mac2ip.test ./mm-commotion-mac2ip.pl
