Add fox, because what does the fox say? #36

Hi, thanks very much for the PR, but similar to #19 or #22 I don't really feel like adding extra files because

  1. I'm lazy and don't have time to review / merge / publish every time someone adds a new file
  2. You can use the fox already, -f /path/to/fox.txt you can use any ascii art you want
  3. It's not part of the original cowsay implementation
  4. It's not a cow

Ok cool. I just want to contribute to some FOSS stuff...don't really know where to start, this was my first ever pull request. Didn't expect it to be accepted, but tried nonetheless. ;)

For some reason, I didn't think about -f /path/to/fox.cow
