The "All" option in categories isn't working properly, and search isn't giving results. Also, the website isn't responsive on different devices. We'll fix these issuse

assign me under #GSSoC24

Fix the "All" option in categories.
improve search accuracy.
Make the website responsive on all devices.
Test everything to ensure it works well.
