More information on k14s tools and reference to it's new name "Carvel"

On the Installing TBS page, it would be helpful to provide a high level description of the install workflow. Included could be a section discussing why we "relocate" images. This is a differentiator and benefit of TBS vs. kpack providing airgapping and should be called out. If you are a first time user, the initial install steps jump right in and you have no idea why you are performing the steps. More info in this section on our use of K14s would also add clarity for users not familiar with the toolset. Additionally, having a "one-liner" next to/under each of the k14s CLI's would provide more clarity.
