Error creating service instance from 1stData PCF Tile #2

Greetings, I've installed the 1stData tile in our dev PCF foundation, and have tried to create service instances via app-mgr using every possible plan, but they all fail at the final step with the same error:

Service broker error: Error occurred while getting parameters for existing plan: 404 Unknown site!

Any ideas how to fix this?
