Name in old versions of docs. #35

The 0.4 version of the docs are live and contain the old product title: Kubernetes Service Manager for PCF. We're actually allowed to use a product name with Kubernetes at the front. Given we're still in beta, can we just un-publish the 0.4 version of the docs? 0.4 is already gone from PivNet.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.

@cholick Sure thing! We can delete v0.4 and on the super not likely off chance someone bookmarked the v0.4 docs we will add a link to the v0.5 version.
