Update docs to reflect new checkboxes #638

Ops Manager 2.9 added a "Recreate BOSH Director VM" checkbox that recreates the BOSH Director VM. It also renamed the "Recreate All VMs" checkbox to better reflect what the checkbox actually does.

[#170244457] The recreate-all-vms checkbox is incorrectly named
