Add optional ssl cert properties #14

Adds ssl_cert/private_key inputs and ouputs
- If specifed, these keys are passed thru as an output
- The user can then pass this output to the gorouter BOSH manifest
If ssl_ca_cert/private_key is provided, the templates will generate a self-signed SSL cert with hostnames for *.apps.DOMAIN and *.sys.DOMAIN
Adds similar properties for iso seg module
