Add link to TOC for air-gapped installation docs #74

I noticed that these docs weren't linked to in the TOC. This should make them more discoverable.

We may also consider adding a note to the regular installation docs that links out to these as well.

We have created an issue in Pivotal Tracker to manage this. Unfortunately, the Pivotal Tracker project is private so you may be unable to view the contents of the story.

The labels on this github issue will be updated when the story is started.
