Fix typo and hyphenated word-handling conversion from markdown.

@gradinDotCom Just an FYI for future ref: You only hyphenate modifiers that come before the noun they modify. So no need to hyphenate in this case. If you had "load-balanced pods" then the hyphen is correct; whereas "pods that are load balanced" shouldn't have the hyphen. One of those tricky rules of the English language. I've made the correction, and found a couple of other incorrect instances of hyphenation in the doc and fixed those. Thanks!
