Each script should be executable for users who might run them one-off to
"catch up" if they didn't before
Note some weird behavior with installing docker -- you don't get the
commandline tools until you run the MacOS app. I suppose we could
separately brew install docker but I don't know if that's in sync with
the desktop app from Cask.
