About link in "About" panel #301

Currently, the link in the About panel on the right side of the github page points to https://pivotal-guides.cfapps.io/workstation-setup/, but this link doesn't exist anymore. I don't actually know the new URL :( but if somebody does, it'd be great to update that so we don't get a 404!

I finally got admin access and updated the About panel. I don't feel there is a website needed beyond the README
