Posting this here since this feels like a major historical change.
https://github.com/pivotal/vim-config is out of date, unsupported, and broken. An internal survey at VMware with the community that historically used workstaiton-setup revealed that there is no standardization of vim plugin manager, thus I don't know what to replace vim-config with. Internal responders replied with "I use X" and "I use Y" but very little "We use X or Y".
Since everyone has their own opinion I'm planning on removing vim-plugin management installation.
