I ran the installer on Raspbian 10 Buster and after rebooting the access point was not created. When I ran rfkill unblock 0 and rebooted again everything was fine. This is on a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B.
I know that Raspbian 10 is not officially supported so I'm not complaining. Other than this one issue it seems to work perfectly well in the newer OS version too.
