I see you guys skipped 3.8 in all the packages, but I wonder why. Nevertheless, if you wish to provide the 3.4.6 version to 3.8, I have attached it for armv7 as well the cffi package which is a dependency of crpytography. cffi_and_cryptography.zip

3.9 is available in Bullseye
