I'm unsure what changed, but as of 3.6.10, I found I needed to install libfreetype6-dev to build the wheel for reportlb. You can see in the build CI (https://github.com/paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx/runs/6796140757?check_suite_focus=true#step:9:3292) it fails to find ft2build.h and I assume the error log for piwheels would also look similar.

I actually think this just needs to be re-run. It appears on June 6th to have not found the source distribution for 3.6.10, but it does exist on PyPi. So maybe it just checked faster than it was there?

Thanks, that looks like it build for 3.7 but didn't for 3.9. Although I swear I saw 3.9 files when I looked the first time.
