piwheels (note the spelling) is hosted on an IPv6-only network, but there's an IPv4 proxy provided by our hosts - you can access it via 46.235.225.189
or 93.93.129.174
presumably as long as you map to the piwheels.org
hostname.
The website (and the package repository) work on my local machine, but not my work VPN. I noticed the only difference is on my local machine I'm resolving PyWheels.org to an IPv6 address and can ping it, but on my work VPN, I resolve an IPv4 address and can't get any packets returned.
