Overrule smart battery management #82

I recognized that labels of the values were inituitive. Hopefully it is better now. Also a description was added (incl. translations).

To see new values, delete "plenticore.0.devices.local.battery.SmartBatteryControlMode" and restart the adapter.

@PastCoder I have released the 2.3.1 including your changes. Is it considered stable? I can't push 2.3.0 to the stable repo due to namespace. So I need to wait for the ok for 2.3.1

I think it is stable. I am using it since it is implemented without any issue. That's only for my configuration, but as the change is quite limited, I don't expect issues or side effects with other configurations.
