Modified sequence of if-statements to fix https://github.com/pixcept/ioBroker.plenticore/issues/94
While testing I recognized https://github.com/pixcept/ioBroker.plenticore/issues/95 .
Due to this I could just say thay power_plus now works. But it seems there are other problems - not caused by this change - which I did not recognize before.
