nx 1.4 Alpha crash out as soon as you select ID1 #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. boot nxMakaqu on Dreamcast and select ID1 or any mod

Q. What is the expected output? 
A. Start Quake engine

Q. What do you see instead?
A. Machine restarts

Q. What version of the product are you using?
A. 1.4 Alpha

Q. On what operating system?
A. Sega Dreamcast Console

Please provide any additional information below.

I have also tested 1.2 and 1.3 using the same file layout, therefore it 
shouldn't be just me

i get the same loading from SD card :(

I may come back to this at some point for testing though not just yet as I am 
moving soon and already got the good olde Dreamcast packed away
