The pause period makes a delay after resume. The delay period depends on how long the camera was paused. E.e. if paused for a half of minute the delay is about 5 sec. If paused for a couple of minutes the delay is about 10 seconds and so on. If paused for an hour the delay is several minutes.
The issue doesn't depend on browser. I have it in e.g. Chrome 40.0.2214.111.
