pip package installation inside the virtual environement issue #14

In ubuntu 23.10 the need of the installing the pip packages inside the virtual environment is necessary. Screenshot from 2024-01-20 21-39-52

I was trying to install the pip packages in Ubuntu but now in Ubuntu you can't install pip packages globally instead I had to create virtual environment to install and link that packages to the terminal profiles script. For me that part seemed as a issue. Correct me if I'm wrong.
