make tall grass use long grass sprites

tall grass currently looks like a shrub; it is supposed to be really tall and possibly as visible as a shrub, but as it stand it doesn't look that good in cuteclysm

make it use the long grass sprites, looks are everything

Hmm yeah this is better, will do some special tiles next time Im at it too.
