Updates the cuteclysm composer workflow, reduce lines used, use a 7 character commit hash for the name of the artifact (just for aesthetic reasons), remove directory hopping from the workflow and use a shell script analysis tool https://github.com/koalaman/shellcheck on the script, this is why we surround variables in double quotes in some places now.
